Can I change my order ?
Yes. If your order has not been dispatched changes can be made.
If the order has been dispatched, please return all items unopened and unused within 7 days to change.
When will my order be dispatched ?
Each order received before 14:00pm will be dispatched the same business day. For orders after 14:00pm your order will be dispatched the next business day.
Returns:
Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, unopened and unused.
What Payment do you accept ?
We accept all major credit, debit cards and Paypal. We use CardSave to process our payments. CardSave is part of the WorldPay group, which is a global leader in payment processing.
What does Remy mean ?
This means our hair is "cuticle correct" every strand is lying in the same downward direction, our hair extensions flow naturally with your own hair and will not matt or tangle when worn.
How many strands/packs for a full head ?
We advise approximately 175-200 strands for a full head which is 7-8 packs.
Can I straighten/curl/wash my Extensions ?
Yes as long as you take care. Please see the aftercare section for more information.
How long will my Aurora Extensions last ?
Aurora Hair Extensions should last approximately 3-6 months with the correct aftercare. Please see aftercare section for more information.
